Your Role

- Engaging with users in Urdu, answering questions and encouraging participation.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community.
- Providing support to users who may have questions or concerns.

- Collaborating with our team to improve community practices and procedures.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine love for the Urdu language and a knack for connecting with others. Here are some qualities we are looking for:
- Fluency in Urdu and strong understanding of cultural nuances.
- Excellent written communication skills in Urdu.
- Experience in community management or moderation is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
