Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, your main job is to support and guide children in our care. You will assist them with daily routines and help them develop skills they need for a successful future.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support to children in a residential setting.
- Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages the wellbeing of all clients.
- Assist in creating and implementing individualized care plans.
- Supervise daily activities and ensure a safe environment.
- Encourage personal growth and independence among residents.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Document progress and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social work or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with children or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and support others.
- Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
