Your Role as a Swimming Trainer
As a Swimming Trainer, you will play a vital role in our organization. You will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to children and adults alike. Your job will not only be about teaching proper techniques but also about building confidence and fostering a love for swimming.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons to individuals and groups of various skill levels.
- Develop personalized training plans based on student needs.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
- Maintain open communication with students and their families.
- Stay updated on the latest swimming techniques and coaching methods.
Qualifications
- Certified Swim Instructor (ASCA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in teaching swimming or coaching.
- Strong communication skills, especially with children.
- Patient, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
