Your Role
As a Customer Service Associate, your main task will be to assist customers with their banking needs. You will be the friendly face our customers see when they need help. Here’s what you’ll do:

- Assist with account openings, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Ensure all transactions are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
