Your Role
As the Kitchen Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to prepare and serve meals. Your leadership will help us create a fun and productive kitchen environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.
- Ensure all meals are prepared according to nutritional guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Order and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Work with school nutrition programs to develop healthy menus.
- Train and support team members in kitchen best practices.
- Communicate with school staff and parents about meal programs.
