What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with their inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions that meet our customer’s needs.
- Guide customers through our products and services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with other team members to improve service quality.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time evening position. You will work a flexible schedule with shifts available from 5 PM to 11 PM, including weekends. We understand that you have other commitments, so we aim to accommodate your availability whenever possible.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
