Join Us as a Case Manager at Our Immigration Detention Centre

Your Role
As a Case Manager, you will play an important role in supporting individuals in our care. You’ll work directly with detainees to assess their needs, provide guidance, and facilitate communication with legal representatives.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct intake interviews with detainees to determine their specific needs.
- Develop individualized action plans that address their unique situations.
- Provide emotional support and help navigate the complexities of the immigration process.
- Coordinate with legal aid organizations to ensure detainees receive appropriate representation.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of all interactions and progress.
- Organize and lead group meetings and workshops to educate detainees about their rights and options.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented. Here are the qualifications we’d love to see:
- A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Experience working with diverse populations, especially in high-stress environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin.
