What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair our equipment.
- Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering outstanding service.
- Coordinate with our office staff to ensure that all customer needs are met, from scheduling to follow-up.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance performed, and parts used.

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical skills; knowledge of electrical systems is an advantage.
