What Does the Role Involve?
As the Dude Ranch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage ranch staff. Your role is vital in keeping the ranch running smoothly while creating an enjoyable environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily ranch operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Plan and implement guest activities, from horseback riding to campfire gatherings.
- Oversee guest services, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable during their stay.
- Maintain the ranch’s facilities, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Handle budgeting and financial records, keeping track of expenses and income.
- Promote the ranch through social media and community engagement.
