Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of our company. You will assist customers with:
- Account setup and management
- Transaction inquiries and issues
- Security concerns
- General questions about cryptocurrency
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Providing clear and concise information
- Documenting customer interactions
- Working with other team members to resolve customer issues
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is:
- Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency
- Patient and kind in customer interactions
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service (especially in finance or tech is a plus!)
- A good understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
