Remote Vehicle Acquisition Specialist
Are you passionate about cars and enjoy talking to people? CarMax, one of the largest used car retailers in the U.S., is looking for a Remote Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our online team. In this position, you will work directly with car sellers, helping them to sell their vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
As a Remote Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, your main job will be to connect with potential sellers. You will conduct calls and follow up on leads. Your goal is to help them sell their cars quickly and easily. Here are some of the key tasks:
- Reach out to customers via phone and email.
- Guide sellers through our process, answering any questions they have.
- Gather information about vehicles to provide accurate quotes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with your team to improve sales strategies.
