Your Role
As an ADT Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers’ main point of contact. You will assist them with inquiries, issues, and provide information about our services. Your goal will be to ensure they feel valued and well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications
