Your Role
As the Golf Course Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daily operations. You will work closely with our staff to create outstanding experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily golf course operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to maintain our course in pristine condition.
- Leading a team of employees and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the members’ experience.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitoring budget and helping to maximize revenue through effective management.
