### Position: Part-Time Learning Support Assistant
**Location:** Dunstable, Bedfordshire

We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Bright Futures Learning Centre. #### Role Overview
As a Learning Support Assistant, your primary job will be to help our students thrive in their education. You will work closely with teachers to support learners with various needs. Your day will involve helping students who may struggle in class, encouraging them, and making learning fun!
#### Key Responsibilities
– Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
– Help students with their assignments and homework.
– Provide one-on-one assistance to students who need extra help.
– Foster a positive environment that encourages learning and self-confidence.
– Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
– Build strong relationships with students, understanding their individual needs.

#### Working Hours
This position works **term time only**, allowing you to have school holidays off! Your hours will be Monday to Friday, generally from **9 AM to 3 PM**, depending on the school’s needs.
