- Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency.
- Provide information about our cruise locations and services.
- Build strong relationships with guests every day.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
