Your Role
As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience right from the start. You’ll manage phone calls, greeting clients, and keeping our front desk running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and help them feel welcome.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar.
- Manage payments and process transactions.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Schedule & Compensation
