Exciting Opportunity: Order Entry Specialist
If you enjoy working with numbers and helping people, we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our friendly team. In this role, you will play an important part in processing customer orders and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Your Role
As our Order Entry Specialist, you will:
- Receive and enter customer orders accurately into our system.
- Review orders for correctness and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with other team members, including sales and shipping departments, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records and keep our database updated.
- Handle any returns or exchanges and ensure they are processed correctly.
