Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Assist clients with onboarding and best practices for using our products.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients to ensure a personalized experience.
- Collaborate with the product team to share customer feedback and improve services.
- Offer training sessions to clients on new features and updates.
