Your Role
As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, your main job will be to make sure our company follows all environmental regulations. You will work closely with our teams to review operations and ensure we minimize our impact on the planet.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor environmental compliance for all projects.
- Conduct field assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement.
- Work with project teams to develop and implement environmental management plans.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and changes in legislation.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies.
- Train staff on best practices for environmental compliance.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills – you should be able to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
