Your Responsibilities
As our Leisure Center Manager, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing daily operations of the leisure center
- Managing staff and ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Planning and organizing engaging activities and events
- Budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability
- Ensuring the facility is safe and well-maintained
- Building connections with the community to promote the center
- Collecting feedback and making improvements based on customer needs
Who You Are
