Your Role
As a Train Service Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our passengers. This involves helping with boarding, offering assistance during the journey, and ensuring everyone has a comfortable ride.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers at the station and help them with their journey.
- Ensure all passengers have the right tickets and assist with queries.
- Help passengers with luggage and boarding procedures.
- Monitor the train for safety and comfort throughout the journey.
- Address any passenger concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in emergency situations according to safety protocols.
Who We’re Looking For
We want to hear from motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. More than anything, we value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
