Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information about our services. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information about our products.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and kindly.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on requests.
- Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Some weekend shifts may be required during peak seasons.
