Key Responsibilities
As a Community Support Worker, you will:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients engage in social and recreational activities.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel.
