What You Will Do
As a Braille Transcriber, your main duty will be to take written materials and accurately convert them into Braille. Here’s what your job will include:
- Transcribing textbooks, worksheets, and other educational materials into Braille.
- Editing and proofreading transcribed content for accuracy.
- Collaborating with teachers and professionals to ensure content meets specific needs.
- Maintaining confidentiality and respect for the documents you work on.
- Using Braille translation software and tools efficiently.
