About the Role
As an Insurance CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will help them understand their insurance policies and answer any questions they may have. Your role is key in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with their inquiries about insurance policies.
- Provide clear explanations of coverage options and policy details.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Process policy renewals and updates accurately.
- Work closely with other team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Educate clients about other products and services we offer.
