About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of Hilton. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering questions, and helping with any issues that arise during their stay.
What You Will Do
- Greet guests with warmth and a smile.
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Take reservations and manage guest accounts.
- Assist with any guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
