Become a Dasher Support Specialist
Are you a people person? Do you love helping others and making their day easier? If so, we want you to join our team! We’re looking for a Dasher Support Specialist to assist a fantastic group of Dashers. This role is all about making sure they have everything they need to succeed on the road.
What You’ll Do
As a Dasher Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic support to Dashers.
- Help them with any questions or concerns they have while delivering food.
- Ensure that they have a great experience while using our service.
- Communicate through chat, email, and phone to resolve issues quickly.
- Work closely with other teams to enhance the Dasher experience.
