Your Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You’ll be in charge of creating and organizing a variety of activities that bring joy and engagement. You will help residents feel connected and included. Your caring approach and creativity will make a real difference.
What You Will Do
- Plan and organize daily activities that cater to residents’ interests and abilities.
- Encourage residents to participate in group activities, fostering social connections.
- Coordinate special events, such as holiday celebrations and themed days.
- Communicate with family members about activities and encourage their involvement.
- Work closely with care staff to ensure activities are run smoothly and safely.
- Keep accurate records of activities and residents’ participation.

Qualifications
To apply for this position, we prefer that you have:
- Experience planning activities or working with elderly individuals.
- A background in social work, psychology, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Certifications in First Aid and CPR are desirable.
