Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of home construction projects. Your focus will be on ensuring that every home we build meets our high standards. Here’s what you will do:
- Manage home construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them updated.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is organized, proactive, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Ideally, you should have:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in home building.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A good understanding of building codes and regulations.
