Remote Booking Coordinator

What You’ll Do
As a Remote Booking Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for our customers. You’ll assist them in planning their trips and booking accommodations. Your main tasks will include:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
- Helping clients choose travel packages that fit their needs
- Booking flights, hotels, and activities
- Updating client information in our system
- Providing excellent customer service at all stages of the booking process
- Working closely with travel vendors and suppliers
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- A good communicator with friendly customer service skills
- A team player who enjoys working with others
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Qualifications
You don’t need to have a lot of experience to apply, but here are some qualifications that will help you succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
