- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service. Here are some important qualities we’re seeking:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required!
