Skyway Airlines is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Customer Agents! Your Role
As an Airport Customer Agent, you will be at the front line of our customer service team. You will assist passengers with their needs, ensuring every interaction is pleasant and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting passengers as they arrive at the airport.
- Providing information regarding flight schedules, boarding times, and gate changes.
- Helping with check-in processes and luggage handling.
- Addressing any customer concerns or questions in a friendly manner.
- Coordinating with other airline staff for smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.
