As an Admin and Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide support and resolve issues for clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and filing.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Help create and improve customer service processes.
