Your Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will:

- Encourage residents to participate and foster a sense of community.
- Connect with families and friends to understand what activities their loved ones enjoy.
- Setup and manage events like games, arts and crafts, music sessions, and outings.
- Work closely with our care team to ensure activities are safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Your Skills
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative and enthusiastic about activities and events.
- A good communicator who can relate well to residents, families, and staff.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in seniors’ well-being.
Qualifications
If you have:
- A background in recreation, therapy, or a related field.
- Experience working with older adults, particularly in a care setting.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling activities.
