Your Role
In this role, you will help us keep track of our expenses and ensure that our bills are paid on time. Here are some of your main responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments accurately.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure all information is up to date.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare reports as needed to support financial analysis.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:

- Experience with accounting software or spreadsheets.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:

- At least two years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- A basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software tools is a plus.
