Position Overview
As the Head of Year, you will play a vital role in our school. You will oversee a year group, supporting students in their educational journey. Your focus will be on their well-being, academic success, and personal growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a year group, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Support students in their academic and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student needs are met.
- Organize year group activities and events that encourage teamwork and school spirit.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed and engaged in their child’s progress.
- Monitor attendance and behavior, providing support where needed.
- Work closely with the pastoral team to ensure each student feels safe and valued.
